1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you for choosing Mimila Design. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the delivery of products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms described herein. This policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.



2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union and to select European non-EU countries.

We will provide a personalized shipping quotation and assist with any required customs documentation.



3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCTION TIMES

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. In the event that a selected product is not immediately available for dispatch, the estimated production time is seven (7) business days from the date of order confirmation.

Customers will be notified of any anticipated delays at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter. For made-to-order or customized items, additional production time may apply and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. Mimila Design accepts no liability for delays, additional costs, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.



6. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

  • For shipments within the European Union, all prices include applicable VAT. No additional customs charges apply.
  • For shipments to destinations outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway), the recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be settled directly by the recipient upon delivery.



7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must accompany the return.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or hygienic items (where applicable) may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, as explicitly indicated at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs:

The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Mimila Design cannot guarantee receipt of items returned via untracked methods.

Refund Procedure:

Upon receipt and verification of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued within fourteen (14) business days. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or a defective product.



8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered:

  1. Contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at mimiladesign@proton.me;
  2. Provide photographic evidence of the issue together with your order number;
  3. We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, including reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.



9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While Mimila Design takes reasonable care in packaging and dispatching orders, we shall not be liable for delays or loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs holds, force majeure events, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
